"The Dark Knocker

A rumour? A legend? Keep watch of the shadows……"

 

 

Those Cheeky Knockers was a piece that explored Cornish tin mining and the mythology that is attached to it. A whimsical piece of music theatre Those Cheeky Knockers was performed entirely behind a screen using shadow puppets, and gave the audience an insight in to the secret world of the pesky Knockers who wreaked havoc down the mines, as well as lending a helping hand along the way.

 

This piece was a devised collaboration between Tamsin Stone, Mekku Mutala, Alice Malinson and Jenny Tripp.
