Pandora's Box

Pandora's Box was a music theatre piece that told the story of the famous myth Pandora's Box and explored how the voice can be used to create theatre. We explored global vocal styles from around the world and how they can be integrated into our practice to enrich our work. We also studied the vocal playground, vocal viewpoints and types of ornamentation in depth to discover how the voice can be used to make interesting sounds as well as singing and speaking.
This piece was a devised collaboration between Tamsin Stone, Natalie Goodacre, Jenny Tripp, Peter Holmes and Rosa Irwin Clark.
